What is Click to Call?The
RingMe Click-to-call feature is a button icon or text code to embed in your website, email signatures, online ads or any online document; You can put this button anywhere you choose on your online pages. Perhaps you've seen emails with the "RingMe" button in it?
When the RingMe link is clicked, the caller will instantly be connected by phone to your business, free of charge to the caller. Not to worry about whether you have to take the call, as you’ll always have the RingCentral
Call Screening and
Call Controller options that come standard, to handle and direct all your incoming calls. Setting your
Answering Rules allows you to route calls however you want; to employees, departments or voicemail boxes, the choice is yours.

Here's my "RingMe" Button - Once you click this button, a Box will pop-up requesting you to type in your telephone number and then press the hang-up icon. If you've asked to be called back "right away" by selecting that option in the box, your phone will ring immediately upon hanging up, and once you pick it up you'll be connected to my voicemail. Remember, you're only getting my voicemail because I set-up my calling rules that way. As stated above, you can have calls answered or forwarded any way you want.
'Go ahead and "Click-it" to see the little Pop-Up box that comes up. You don't have to make a call if you don't want to'.
Also, you can select any design of "Button" you prefer: The Button above is called the "Large Button". There's over 30 Button Types to choose from.
